Cracking the Whip!

So…I’m very excited to start here, and this is my 2nd post here today because I’m trying to figure everything out!  I did 25 minutes of weights today, which is decent, but I also ate like a hog…make that a family of hogs.  So I am shooting myself in the foot with my eating habits! 

I am cracking the whip and committing to better eating habits as well as daily exercise!  I will get nowhere doing this half-heartedly.  It’s time to get serious, get to work, and get thin, healthy, and fit!
